Sign subscription form

When the Katalist team has confirmed and approved all information from the subscription form and supporting documentation, the employee who has been authorized to sign the subscription form will receive the below email from “Precisely” asking for their signature.

Once signed, the company has now completed the subscription agreement with Katalist.
