# Receiving SMF-3 (FF & CO)
**1)** You will receive an email from the Katalist registry notifying you that a company has transferred emission savings to your account.
*Note: You must be part of the Account to receive email notifications for any action, including transfers. To know how to add yourself or a colleague to the account, please go to “Assign users to account.”*
**2)** Log on to the registry and navigate to the "Actions" tab to see the incoming transfer. You can also click on the notification button in the upper right corner of the Registry (highlighted in red), which will direct you to the "Actions" tab.
**3)** You should click into this notification to see further details of the SMF-3 that have been transferred to you. Please check these data points to ensure they match the agreement you made with the company sending them to you. If everything is correct, click "Accept" and this transfer will go to the Registry Administrator for final approval. If everything is not correct, click "Decline" and this transfer process will be terminated.
**4)** While waiting for approval by the administrator, you can see the SMF-3 in the pending units section of your account.
**5)** When this transfer has been approved by the Administrator, you will receive an email. You can then log on to the holdings section of your account to see the SMF-3.
